I help women who suffer with anxiety and depression to love themselves and have the confidence to achieve their dreams and goals by using holistic methods.
There are so many people out there suffering with anxiety and depression, not knowing where to turn, sometime GPs will just refer them to therapists or give them prescription drugs.
So many people are locked in their homes because of deep bouts of depression or even scared to go out because their anxiety goes through the roof just thinking about it.
I know as I have suffered with anxiety and I find it hard being in a crowded place, I would love to go out and enjoy myself but I know as soon as I step into a bar my anxiety kicks in and I have to just get out of there.
It is no fun feeling like this, and then the depression sets in as you blame yourself for feeling like this in the first place.
Where does all this come from?
How did it start?
After doing a lot of research on the topic I found that anxiety and depression is routed to our subconscious mind which may be hiding something about your past or what may have happened to you, this is perfectly normal as it is a way our body is protecting us from the bad things in life, it buries it into our subconscious so that we can get on with our lives, but sometimes something triggers memories or feelings and in some people waves of guilt, confusion and even nausea happens.
I decided to take control of my life, so I trained in becoming a Holistic Life Coach, during the process I have managed to control my demons and not let anxiety get the better of me, it will still take me a while to go into a bar but I am getting there.
I am devoted to help women who suffer with anxiety and depression to help them to map out goals and to reach them, to help them realize that their dreams can become reality without using any drugs or therapy.
I hope you will enjoy my site and please have a look around, and hopefully it will help you one day.
