Ingredients
Cream of tartar (2 tsp)
Baking soda (1 tsp)
Milk powder (1 1/2 cups)
Vegetable shortening (2 1/4 cups)
Flour (8 1/2 cups)
Baking powder (1 tbsp)
Instructions
Mix the flour, tartar cream, baking soda, baking powder, and mik powder using a sifter.
Use a pastry blender to break up the shortening while distributing it evenly through the mix.
Keep frefrigerated and dry in a large, airtight container.
