Ingredients
Vegetable oil (1 cup)
Basil leaves (1 1/2 cups)
Insturctions
1 1/2 cups basil leaves, washed and towel-dried.
Combine the olive oil ad basil leaves in a blender.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the mix, cover, and steam for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow it ot cool for 60 minutes.
Strain the mixture into a container using a cheesecloth for around an hour.
Make an effort to collect as much oil as possible.
Remove the basil and refrigerate the oil for three months in an airtight container.
