Fajita Rub

Preparation time:  15 minutes
Servings:  1/4 cup

Ingredients
Chili powder (1 1/2 tsp)
Garlic powder (1 tsp)
Roasted cumin seed (1 tsp)
Dried oregano (1 tsp)
Gound coriander (1/2 tsp)
Red pepper flakes (1/4 tsp)

Instructions
Put the chili powder, garlic powder, cumin seed, oregano, coriander, and red pepper flakes in a blender, pulse until ground and well combined.  Transfer the spice mixture and store for up to 6 months.
