Ingredients
Cider vinegar (2 tsp)
Granulated sugar (3 tbsp)
Fresh dill (2 tsp), chopped
Bag coleslaw mix with carrots (1lb)
Mayonnaise (1 cup)
Horseradish (1 tbsp)
Instructions
Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, horseradish, and dill in a mixing cup.
Whisk together with the coleslaw components until well mixed
Allow it to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
allowing it to cool overnight enhances the flavour.
Substitution Tip: Use cabbage, red onion, carrot, red, green and yellow peppers instead of a coleslaw mix and season with black pepper.
