Skim milk (1/2 cup)
Low-sodium mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
Apple cider vinegar (2 tbsp)
Scallion (1/2), green part only, chopped
Fresh dill (1 tbsp), chopped
Fresh thym (1 tsp), chopped
Garlic (1/2 tsp), minced
Freshly grounded black pepper
Instructions
Mix the milk, mayonnaise, and vinegar until smooth in a medium bowl. Whisk in the scallion, dill thyme, and garlic. Season with pepper. Store.
