Ingredients
Egg yolks (2)
Dijon mustard (1 tsp)
Honey (1 tsp)
White vinegar (2 tbsp)
Lemon juice (2 tbsp), freshly squeezed
Olive oil (2 cups)
Instructions
Mix the egg yolks, mustard, honey, vinegar, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
Mix the olive oil in a thin stream. You can store this in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
