Ingredients
All-purpose flour (1 tbsp)
chicken broth (2 cups)
Poultry liver or giblets (1-2), boiled and chopped
Hard-boiled egg (1), sliced or chopped
Instructions
Combine 1 tbsp of flour with the broth and steam until fluffy.
In a saucepan, boil the remaining broth over low heat, stirring continuously.
In a dish, combine the gibets and the egg.
Stir continuously until the disired thickness is achieved (approximately 5 minutes).
