Ingredients
Olive oil (1/4 cup)
Lemon juice (1tbsp)
Cream cheese (4 oz)
Parmesan cheese (1/3 cup), shredded
Nutmeg (1/4 tbsp), ground
All-purpose flour (3 tbsp)
Garlic clove (1), minced
Rice milk (2 cups)
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a broad skillet over medium heat. Combine flour and ground garlic to produce a paste.
Drizzle in the rice milk slowly, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. When the mixture is simmering, cause it to thicken.
add the cream cheese and stir it in thoroughly. Set it aside.
In a mixing dish, add 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese, lemon juice , and nutmeg. To create a full mix, add all the ingredients to a blender.
