Dried Herb Rub

Preparation time:  15 minutes
Servings:  1/3 cup

Ingredients
Dried thyme (1 tbsp)
Dried oregano (1 tbsp)
Dried parsley (1 tbsp)
Dried basil (2 tsp)
Ground coriander (2 tsp)
Onion powder (2 tsp)
Ground cumin (1 tsp)
Garlic powder (1 tsp)
Paprika (1 tsp)
Cayenne pepper (1/2 tsp)

Instructions
Put the thyme, oregano, parsley, basil, coriander, onion powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and cayeene pepper in a blender, and pulse until the ingredients are ground and well combined.  Transfer the rub to a small container with a lid.  Store in a cool, dry area for up to 6 months.
