Ingredients
Cream cheese (1/4 cup), at room temperature
Homemade rice milk or unsweetened store bought rice milk (3/4 cup)
Garlic clove (1), minced
Fresh chives (1 tbsp), chopped
Fresh parsley (1 tbsp), chopped
Freshley ground black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk the cream cheese with the rice milk. Add the garlic, chives, parsley, and pepper, mixing well. Use immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Substitution tip: This dressing is completely customizable to your tastes. Use oregano, thyme, rosemary, and other household herbs based on what you have available. It's a great reason to grow a small herb garden on your windowsill or outside, so you can reap the health rewards of including fresh herbs in your everyday cooking.
