Preparation time: 5 minutes
Servings: Makes about 1 cup (1 tbsp = 1 serving)
Ingredients
Extra-virgin olive oil (3/4 cup)
Balsamic Vinegar (1/4 cup)
Dijon mustard (1 tsp)
Freshly ground black pepper (1/2 tsp)
Instructions
In a jar, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustart, and pepper, and whisk to mix. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Substitution Tip: This easy vinaigrette can be made with any vinegar you have on hand, but it will taste bes if you use a vinegar like apple cide vinegar, rice vinegar, or white or red wine vinegar instead of plain white vinegar, which can be overwhelming on a delicate salad.
