Living with integrity means: Not settling for less than what you know you deserve in your relationships. Asking for what you want and need from others. Speaking your truth, even though it might create conflict or tension. Behaving in ways that are in harmony with your personal values. Making choices based on what you believe, and not what others believe.

Leaders must exemplify integrity and earn the trust of their teams through their everyday actions. When you do this, you set high standards for everyone at your company. And when you do so with positive energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and purpose, you can deeply connect with your team and customers.

Lead your life so you wouldn’t be ashamed to sell the family parrot to the town gossip.

In the end, your integrity is all you’ve got.

Image is what people think we are; integrity is what we really are

If you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything.

If you look into your own heart, and you find nothing wrong there, what is there to worry about? What is there to fear?

If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don’t have integrity, nothing else matters.

If you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything.

Everyone makes mistakes, but only a person with integrity owns up to them.

Every person has a different view of another person’s image. That’s all perception. The character of a man, the integrity, that’s who you are.

We learned about honesty and integrity – that the truth matters… that you don’t take shortcuts or play by your own set of rules… and success doesn’t count unless you earn it fair and square.

There can be no friendship without confidence, and no confidence without integrity

The most important persuasion tool you have in your entire arsenal is integrity.

The high road is always respected. Honesty and integrity are always rewarded.

Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody’s going to know whether you did it or not.
